Bakalaura un maģistra profesionālo studiju programmas «Muitas un nodokļu administrēšana»

Studiju programmas sagatavo speciālistus muitas un nodokļu jomā. Tās ir akreditētas 2013.gada 5.jūnijā uz pilnu akreditācijas laiku – sešiem gadiem (akreditācijas lapas Nr.99) studiju virzienā «Iekšējā drošība un civilā aizsardzība». Programmas ir arī starptautiski akreditētas un atzītas kā pilnībā atbilstošas Pasaules muitas organizācijas (PMO) starptautiskajiem muitnieku profesijas standartiem. Šos standartus 2009.gadā ir apstiprinājušas 177 PMO dalībvalstis. Programmas atbilstību standartiem apliecina PMO sertifikāts, kuru RTU saņēma 2010.gada 26.janvārī.

Starptautiskā augstākās izglītības programmu reitingā Eduniversal RTU maģistra studiju programma «Muitas un nodokļu administrēšana» 2014./15. gadā ierindota 39.vietā pasaulē nodokļu administrēšanas jomā starp TOP 50 programmām. Eduniversal reitingā piedalījušās 4000 maģistra līmeņa studiju programmas pasaulē.

Apmācība muitas un nodokļu jomā notiek ciešā sadarbībā ar Valsts ieņēmumu dienestu. Studentu apmācībā piedalās arī VID speciālisti. Mācību laikā obligāta prakse kādā no valsts iestādēm, tostarp, VID struktūrvienībām vai komercuzņēmumiem. Prakses laikā daudzi jaunie speciālisti atrod savu nākamo darba devēju.
